Over the weekend I’ve been looking at some of the RPGs and RPG supplements on my bookshelf that I haven’t yet played. There are a lot more than I thought there were, so I think it’s time that at least one of them is dusted off and given a chance.
Here are the ones that I’m most interested in:
- Blue Planet
- Oz: Dark And Terrible RPG
- Nyambe (D20)
- Mythic Iceland (BRP or Basic Roleplaying)
Has anyone else out there got RPG stuff that they haven’t played yet? If so, do you have any plans for your unplayed games?

Sign me up for some Oz, when you are ready to run it Matt.

Hi John,
It probably won’t be until next year, but I’ll put your name first on the list.
Cheers,

I’ll probably add my name to that list when it goes up.

Not really sure what I want to be running/playing next. There are plenty of great systems out there, but ensuring players learn them – especially the crunchy ones are tricky.
Fortunately, some ones are using generic systems like FATE, Basic & d20. The mechanics shouldn’t be too important but can create a disconnect.

So it seems like next quarter is fast approaching. With some luck we should easily have enough GM’s. I’m trying to work up a Pathfinder game, I’ll try and craft a survey for game preferences & styles to enhance the fun & party cohesion.

Hi Chris,
That sounds good. I’m hoping that we’ll have four games running this time. I’ll see what others are offering up and, if we’re short, I’ll run something.
